Our Policies/Rules

DEPOSIT/REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
A valid credit card or debit card is required to reserve your reservation. A 25% deposit will be required to hold your reservation once we confirm your booking date and time. Any deposit is non-refundable 48 hours before the event. But if XL Game Bus cancels the service due to inclement or severe weather, we can discuss rescheduling or reissue you a refund.  

PRIVACY POLICY:
XL Game Bus is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. 

SUPERVISED CHILDREN: 

XL Game Bus does require a parent or responsible adult to be present inside the bus or just outside of the bus at all times when our guest is under 8 years old. That parent or guardian must be there throughout our time assuming full responsibility for them.

IMPROPER BEHAVIOR:

XL Game Bus employee reserves the right to suspend, cancel service or order any guest off the bus due to improper behavior; such as harassing, fighting, foul language, threatening others, or the misuse/damaging of equipment.

NO FOOD/DRINKS ALLOWED:

Due to our insurance regulations; no food, alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, or smoking is allowed inside or near XL Game Bus.

EQUIPMENT DAMAGE POLICY:

If our guest accidentally or purposely damages any equipment in or outside of the bus, payment for damages will be required immediately from the party that reserved our services.

NO TOUCH POLICY:

Guest is not allowed to change video games, adjust picture quality, audio, LED lights, radio, a/c, heating, or any mechanical device at any time on XL Game Bus. If you need assistance, the Game Coaches will gladly accommodate you.

SOCIAL MEDIA PICTURE POSTING: 

XL Game Bus may take pictures or video clips at any event or party to post on our social media accounts, to promote advertisement. Your child will never be identified by name or location. If you have any objections, please inform us before your event.
