XL Game Bus can comfortably accommodate up to 20 children/teens or 15 adults

XL Game Bus will come out rain or shine. However, any severe or harsh weather condition that makes it unsafe or impractical to travel, we will cancel in advance and look into rescheduling or reissuing a refund.

Unfortunately, no food, drinks, gum nor candy is allowed on the bus.

XL Game Bus will normally arrive 15 minutes before the event. This will give us time to set up for the event and go over special instructions with the host and their guest. But in the event, that XL Game Bus is running late due to traffic or bad weather, the driver will contact the host in advance to give them a new time of arrival.

XL Game Bus is 40 feet long by 8 feet wide and 11 feet in height. And because of our huge size, we will not park on the average driveway, incline/decline streets, or gravel pavement. XL Game Bus will require 50-55 feet of space to park

(ex. The length of 3 large SUVs)                                       

** Please let your neighbors know if we have to block their driveway.

No, a tip is not mandatory but will be greatly appreciated. Our driver and Game Coaches will work hard to make sure your event is successful, safe & memorable.

Yes, deposits are refundable 72 hours before the date of the event, but for any cancellations 24-48 hours before the event, there will be "NO REFUND" issued.

At our discretion, if there is no schedule conflict, we will be happy to extend our services at your event. 

Sorry, due to our insurance policy, no pets will be allowed in XL Game Bus.

XL Game Bus owns a full library of E (Everyone) and Teen-rated games. Upon making your reservation, please let us know by phone or online your game preferences or it will be chosen due to the age group present. If a game is not available in our library, we will unquestionably allow you to bring it in XL Game Bus and a Game Coach will install it with your parent or guardian's permission.

The health and safety of our gamers, driver, and game coaches are very important to us. Our game bus is sanitized and cleaned before and after EVERY event. Face mask are not required, but will be provided if requested.

XL Game Bus majority services the northern New Jersey , but will travel outside of our 25 miles radius policy if time permits, and a travel surcharge will be added.. (Please hit our service area tab located in the menu tab for more info.)
